1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the GameGrid Expo website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GameGrid Expo Canada regarding your use of our gaming exhibition services, website, and related offerings.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on GameGrid Expo's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our website

Registration for GameGrid Expo events constitutes acceptance of additional terms specific to event attendance. All registrations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to refuse registration or attendance to any individual at our sole discretion.

Event tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refund policies for event registration fees are outlined separately in our event-specific terms and conditions provided during the registration process.

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all expo activities. Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed at GameGrid Expo, including but not limited to games, software, presentations, marketing materials, logos, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of their respective owners. Exhibition at our events does not constitute any transfer of rights or licenses.

By participating as an exhibitor, you grant GameGrid Expo limited rights to use your company name, logos, and brief descriptions of your products for promotional purposes related to the expo. You retain all other rights to your intellectual property.

Photography and video recording may occur during expo events for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
